Qaswa Technologies Pvt Ltd is built on a simple idea: we work for your goals — that achieves our satisfaction. Every business is unique, and the software it runs on should be too — custom-tailored, never boilerplate.
We work with our clients to provide a complete suite of solutions for the web, including custom-designed websites and web-enabled business workflows. We educate our clients not only about the immediate need, but about the long-term value of the solutions we ship.
From an initial concept and project plan through system engineering, analysis, design, code, testing, quality assurance and maintenance — a project coordinator manages the whole lifecycle, end-to-end.
(02) How we operate
We've tried the other ways. These are the rules we've kept because the alternatives cost everyone time and money.
You see the number before we start. Change the brief and we re-quote — but no surprises in the invoice.
A weekly written update beats four scheduled calls. Synchronous time is for hard decisions, not progress reports.
You get a deployed staging URL by day five. Every demo afterwards is on the real thing.
No juniors learning on your dime, no offshore hand-offs. The same two-to-four people from kickoff to launch.
If we think a feature is a mistake, we will say so — once, with reasons. Then we build whatever you decide.
(03) A short history
Two engineers, three months of runway, one supportive client who paid in advance.
Stopped subcontracting design. The work got immediately better, and our scope ratio flipped from 70/30 build/design to 50/50.
Became choosier. Started turning down 1 in 3 inbound briefs to keep the calendar honest.
A milestone you only notice in retrospect. Marrow alone reached 80k MAU; combined reach passed eight figures.
